The certificate program involves intensive study of computer science and software development. It consists of a minimum of 20 credit-hours divided into six courses taken over two semesters. All certificate students complete the same courses. At the completion of the program a student would have enough knowledge to get a beginning programming job in industry and have the course work that is required to enter our Masters in Computer Science program. Note: completion of the Certificate Program does not guarantee a spot in the graduate program.
