Management of Information Technology Minor (18 hours)
The MIT minor is a joint program offered by The Richard T. Farmer School of Business and The School of Engineering and Applied Science. Modern enterprises have created a strong demand for individuals who understand the contributions of information technologies to their success in a rapidly changing economic landscape that is global in scope. This unique minor meets this demand by addressing the needs of Computing and Engineering majors who need a firm grasp of important business concepts and practices. The business courses have been carefully selected to provide knowledge of key functions in a business enterprise. These students will be capable of understanding both the business and the technical issues faced by modern businesses.
