Computer Science Major

The Computer Science major provides graduates with a thorough understanding of the key principles and practices of computing, and the mathematical and scientific principles that underpin them. In addition to an in-depth technical knowledge, a computer science major builds on a broad education and a sense of how computer science is used and how it affects people and society.
