Admission Information: Nursing Program

Admission to any of the nursing programs is SEPARATE from admission to Miami University. To apply to the ADN, BSN, or LPN programs, please contact the Department of Nursing for the appropriate form. To apply to the RN-BSN Completion Program or School Nurse License Program, download and print the appropriate application form below and return it to:

Applications to the LPN Track of the ADN program are available on each regional campus' Admission Department or Nursing Department from October – December 15. The deadline to apply to this program is December 15.

Applications to the ADN or BSN programs are available on each regional campus' Admission Department or Nursing Department from October – February 1. The deadline to apply to these programs is February 1.

NOTE: This date is the only deadline for application to the Miami University Nursing ADN & BSN programs.

Application to School Nurse Licensure Program

Applications to the RN-BSN Completion Program or the School Nurse Licensure Program should be made to the Department of Nursing. Applications to the RN-BSN or School Licensure programs are accepted year-round.
