The minor provides an understanding of basic chemcial engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies and how they are applied to the design and performance analysis of industrial processes. This minor is for students not majoring in Paper Science and Engineering. The minor satisfies Thematic Sequence PCE I: Material and Energy Balances, Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer.
